For each required progress report, please complete one version of this section and submit it by the date indicated in your sub-delegation agreement or its latest amendment. This progress report allows you to inform AUDA-NEPAD of the following:

• Progress made towards achieving your project’s stated outcomes and outputs
• Any adjustment to the project
• Financial update for the reporting period (using the required template)
• Comments on AUDA-NEPAD

Note: This document must be submitted in English and as a Word file. PDFs and other file types will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT: For each subsequent progress report, do not replace existing progress stories. Instead, copy the following questions and paste them at the end of this section, before Section B – Final Story .
